- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have now been here 4 times total for both of my boys. The only reason we come back is because there are not a lot of pediatric ENTs in the area and Dr. Patel and Shelbyville their audiologist are amazingly nice and caring. The staff, as has been stated MANY times, is the absolute rudest bunch of women I have ever encountered. Jess inparticular was over the top. When confronted about their hostility it only grew. And the amount of paper work on each visit is obscene. Thank goodness for their incredible doctors!!!October 14, 2017by Grady Green
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible! The staff is very rude, especially the billing department. Called and left a message and received a call back 4 days later. The person I spoke with could not resolve my issue and sent me to someone else's voicemail who ironically states she would return your call within 24 hours. 5 days later I hear back from her.
